whatever happened to “Ray Hudson is THE MAN” ?!

no wonder why i always agreed with him. but then again, if i weren’t a real fan then i’d probably blast him for his bias. i think even phil shoen senses it too.

anyways, i really don’t have much to say, obviously. but i’ll be the nice one [as real fans typically are] and say hats off to you. perseverance really pays off and it shows in a quality match.
but seriously, you still can’t underestimate us, man.
almost all of our top players that would match up to sevilla’s players [or even better] that were on the pitch yesterday are all on the medical list. and who do we have as back up?! players like MARCELO. wow. so all i can say is that just wait until 26/04/09. nothing’s more sweet than returning the favor at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán.

i cant agree more about ray hudson. i hate his guts. he is so pro-madrid it makes me sick but i laughed watching real lose, not only as a cule, but as ray hudson had to eat his words. he just makes it that much easier to hate RM.

excellent game for sevilla, i will always support you guys as long as you arwent playing barca.

That was a fantastic match and I don’t say this because Real lost. When I saw that the game was 1-2 on Soccernet I just had to flip it on because I knew there would be a huge scoreline. I was supposed to be studying for a final but I was on the edge of my seat watching the game instead. Good effort by both teams

Pro-Madrid bias? Did we watch the same game? The ref was miserable, but I really dont think he was bias towards us. A Robben red card surely dictates otherwise, along with a whole host of shotty decisions…

Awesome game it was, free flowing end to end stuff. I was concerned when Sevilla lost their spark early in the second half, thinking it was gonna end up 4-3 real mierda’s way, but obviously it didnt. Anthony, you should give a whole lot of credit to Palop. That save he made from Raul’s shot 5 metres out was ridiculous and he kept our asses in the game.

You guys are up against Villarreal this weekend. Hopefully you will take all three points and separate yourselves even further from real madrid.

Good game though. Sevilla was playing an excellent game but they slipped up for a second and they let go of their 2 goal lead. At least you guys won the game, you really did deserve it.

And yes the commentators are biased in favor of real madrid. It can get extremely annoying. I think it was Hudson who kept saying things like “[Sevilla player] wouldn’t even be in the top 2 if he was at real madrid.” when he was talking about goals scored. We’ll see what kind of stupid crap they say when madrid plays against Barca.

That was an entertaining game no doubt. Kanoute is amazing at everything. If only he had the blazing speed of Fabiano then it would be game over eh?

First off, it was an entertaining game. I’ve always enjoyed watching Sevilla vs Real Madrid.

However, I disagree that the referee was in our favor. Actually, there were two “clear” penalties which were not given. Also sending off Robben (which dramatically effected our performance) was a very bad and crazy decision from the referee.

What I’m trying to say is that, we played crap in the first half but we played incredibly well in the second well. Sevilla were just more effective. Thats football
