Joke of the week, Featuring Mr. Ramos
By: Anthony | December 9th, 2008
So yes, it was announced today that Juande Ramos after his huge failure at Tottenham will be returning to management in football. What better team to return to then Real ‘mierda’ Madrid? It’s a match made in heaven. They’re both garbage.
The reason Sevilla won 5 trophies in 15 months wasn’t because of Ramos, it was because of Monchi, the brains behind everything in Nervión. Monchi scouted and negotiated the contracts for all the superstars that played with us during our cup winning seasons, including the likes of Luis Fabiano, Kanouté, Adriano, Dani Alves, Christian Poulsen, and many others. In North London Juande was exposed for the nothing better than average coach/manager he is. Getting the boot after less than a year, horrible.
Does this man have no IQ or is he getting a nice fat pay check? Either way, he’s getting himself into a huge mess and although I don’t care, I still do question why… Luckily for him it’s only a 6 month contract so when he realises what a mess he’s in he can run back to England.
Oh the upcoming weeks should be fun to watch… Can’t wait for Barça to smash them this weekend.
What’s funny is us at Sevilla are still collecting money from Spurs for his sudden disappearance last season and when he got sacked we were laughing. It would be quite the comedy to see him fall flat on his face again. Oh these are good times to be a Sevillista.

really? Damn and this whole time I am thinking Juande will bring an extra spark to a lifeless madrid for el clasico

I do believe you’re right that we’re going to smack them stupid this weekend. We have revenge on our minds and that’s it. Nada mas.

Can’t with for El Clasico and the match against you guys. Should be good matches all day.

I have to say that I think Juande is an average coach. I never thought he was terrible, because even though Monchi can sign guys like a pro, it still is Juande out there giving the orders.
But, saying he wouldn’t leave, and then leaving, he gets what he deserves.
I don’t know why in his right mind he wants to coach at Madrid. Yes, it is a dream position, but has he not seen the carnage come in front of him?
He thought Del Nido was a nut, wait till he gets a hold of Calderon.

Thank god Ramos got sacked at spurs, now we can finally focus on staying in the EPL. But as far as the madrid appointment, quite frankly i’m not suprised. He’s hoping to take the shitestorm that is Real right now and harness it so that he can be the hero that put Madrid back together. But lets be honest, I dont think Juande has the Stones or the know-how. and we can all safely say that watching the car crash as it happens will be all the sweeter for both Spurs and Sevilla.

Isaiah, please do, I’d be more than happy to see it.
Javier, I agree, it’ll kinda be a make or break for both of us, although we kinda have more at steak just because we can jump much further up than you can. Either way, will be a cracking match, too bad it’s not televised, at least there’s always good old Spanish satellite.
Ryan, I do agree with Juande being an average coach, he’s nothing more though, that’s the thing everyone is fooled by. Mijatovic and Calderon or Del Nido and Monchi… hmm…
Drew – Couldn’t agree more, as a fellow Spurs supporter myself (as well as Sevilla of course) I’m happy to see Juande suffering so to speak, he’s put both my clubs through hell and deserves whatever comes to him.

My mistake Javier, it is televised, 1 pm on GolTV, goodluck.

Anthony, I just came to congrat. you and fellow sevillians for the your important win against Villareal last night, I have to say I admire your team, it’s always a pleasure to watch them watching, Adriano, Renato and Navas are really world class, not mentioning the deadly duo, Fabiano and Kanote,
hope we didn’t disappointed you in El classico, we really expected to face some men who have some coureage to fight back instead of keep covering their faces and playing dirty, but finally they couln’t run away with it!
